Autosprint Online Student Terms and Conditions Payment

You'll get access to the online course materials only after your full payment is received. If you're on a payment plan, missed payments will restrict your access to the course. Unpaid fees will be non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you've made partial payments.

There's no extension on access due to missed payments. Project submissions won't be accepted during this period. Late project submissions and resubmissions will incur additional fees: Late Fee: ₹11,250 (approximately £150) Resubmission Fee: ₹3,750 (approximately £50) Course results might be withheld if you have outstanding fees. These terms might differ if you use a third-party financing option. Refer to your individual contract for details.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, like medical emergencies or bereavement, at the sole discretion of the Finance Manager.
Extenuating Circumstances: These are unforeseen events impacting your ability to complete the course, such as serious illness, hospitalization, accidents, immediate family member's passing, or other serious personal situations. Planned events like work commitments or vacations don't qualify. Supporting Documentation: You'll need proof (medical certificate, police report etc.) for extenuating circumstances. In such cases, a deferral might be offered instead of a refund. Refund Amount: The refunded amount will depend on your course progress.

Cooling Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you get access to the course. If you decide not to proceed within this period, a refund might be granted.
Once you access the course materials on the Learning Management System (LMS), it signifies service usage and acceptance of these terms. Refunds won't be issued after accessing the LMS, even within the 14-day window. No refunds will be issued after the cooling-off period, regardless of LMS access.

Course Structure

You must follow the program schedule. Project deadlines and access to learning materials cannot be extended unless there are extenuating circumstances (with supporting documents).

Course Language

The course and all additional learning materials are delivered and assessed entirely in English.

Leave of Absence

In extreme circumstances, you can take a break from your course for a maximum of 3 months (initially). Full course fees must be paid before applying for a leave of absence, which is subject to Autosprint's discretion.

Specialization

If your course offers a choice of specialization, you'll be informed of the deadline to choose (usually around the course mid-point). A one-week "change of mind" window is available after enrolling in your chosen specialization. Only one change is allowed during this period. No further changes or extensions will be granted. If you don't choose by the deadline, Autosprint will automatically enroll you in a specialization, and the "change of mind" window won't apply.

Refusal of Service

Autosprint reserves the right to refuse course fees and applications.

Disputes

In case of disputes, you can access the Indian government's Consumer Affairs Grievance Redressal (CGRAMS) platform ODR website to help resolve issues between consumers and businesses.
